Gutenberg! The Musical at Wade James Theatre

Gutenberg! The Musical

Wade James Theatre
950 Main Street Edmonds

Directed by Shileah Corey, produced by Ted Jaquith and starring Coulson Bingham and Ryan Floresca, the hilarious musical spoof Gutenberg! The Musical! is coming to the Wade James Theatre in Edmonds. Local theatre favorites star as two aspiring playwrights performing a staged reading of their new passion project for potential producers: a big, splashy musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg. In this side-splitting comedy, writers Bud Davenport and Doug Simon sing all the songs and play all of the parts in this crass historical epic. The show was nominated for a 2007 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Musical, as well as a 2007 Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding New Off-Broadway Musical.
